Contacts
This page shows you submissions we've received via the contact form on the website. By default this only shows you contacts that have been received over the past year from today.
Viewed / not viewed
The viewed, and not viewed contacts are specific to whether or not you have viewed a contact. Not viewed contacts will have an orange badge to the right of the contact name that says "not viewed."
IP Address
You can use the IP address to potentially find the location of where the sender is. Ultimately, we keep the IP address in case we get a lot of ridiculous contacts from the same place. At that point we can block that IP address. Just let the web admin
know if that's happening.
Spam
Spam. Ugh. If our filter has detected that a contact is spam then you'll see a caution icon in the spam field of the contact. That lets you know that it's probably no good. If it's been marked as spam incorrectly then just let the web admin know to change
it.
Emojis!
We now accept emojis. If you're lucky enough to see one or two of them then hopefully it'll brighten your day a little bit. ? ?
