Categories
The categories are displayed as a sub navigation under the title of the page. You can view all emails regardless of the category, and the category name will appear in the email line; or you can choose a category to see only emails in that category.
Unapproved / History
The unapproved tab shows emails that have not been approved, or deleted, yet. If you have permission to do so, you may handle those emails.
The history tab shows emails that have already been handled, and gives the last status associated with that email, such as when it was sent, or deleted, and who handled it.
Approve / Delete
To approve, or delete an email you can use the individual line action buttons that appear when you hover over the email line, or you can select one or more emails to approve, or delete at once.
When you select one or more emails using the checkbox, a submit box will appear at the bottom of your screen that gives you your available options.
Refresh
Some email categories can be refreshed to update the emails, such as Past Due emails. If the option is available, a "Refresh emails" button will appear in the top right of the page. Just click the button to refresh the emails.
